Connects
users to a server that needs security credentials.
The Software allows computers without a domain controller
(or not part of a domain) to connect to a shared resource
that needs specific security credentials (ie. Windows Server, Windows 2000 or
Network Attached Storage Devices.)

Panel > Administrative Tools > Local Security Policy Local Policies > Security Options: Network Access: Sharing and Security model for Local Accounts
