BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THEM, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

These license terms are an agreement between Tek911 Inc. and you. 
Please read them. They apply to the software you are downloading from tek911.com, which includes the media on which you received it, if any.
The terms also apply to any Tek911 Inc.:

* supplements,
* Internet-based services, and 
* support services
for this software, unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply.

The Software is owned by Tek911 Inc. and is protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other national laws. You agree that you have no right, title or interest in the Software.

Products, Company Names and Logos mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Restrictions:
The software is licensed, not sold, for use on one single computer.
You may not
* work around any technical limitations in the software;
* reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits, despite this limitation;
* publish the software for others to copy;
* sell, rent or lease the Software;
* transfer the software or this agreement to any third party.

License Fees:
The license fees are non-refundable. We may, but are not obliged to, provide you with periodic updates at no charge. However, some updates or upgrades may require the payment of an additional fee and/or execution of a further license agreement by you prior to delivery. Licenses are subject to cancellation in the event of fraud, software piracy, public disclosure or copyright infringement.
Monitor offers a free trial version. Please take advantage of this trial version before purchasing a license to ensure it does what you want, and works on your system.

It is your responsibility to determine if the Software is compatible with your system and requirements. TEK911 disclaims any and all warranties and/or liability stemming from your use of the Software. In no event shall Tek911 Inc. be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Tek911 Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Privacy:
Monitor does NOT monitor or record keystrokes. Only the text displayed in the window title bar is recorded in the log file.
Please check your company's privacy policies before installing and using Monitor. In no event shall Tek911 Inc. be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Tek911 Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
