your computer's desktop, transfer files for analysis, and download patches and

Safe and Private You permit the Technician to use each function (Remote Control, Desktop View,
File Transfer, System Information, and Reboot & Reconnect). You can choose to
terminate the session at any time. All traces of the Applet disappear from your
PC when the support session is finished.
