![]() Tek911 Support NOW Help What is Support NOW? The Support NOW feature allows you to connect directly to Tek911 Remote Desktop Technical Support – without having to go to the website first. Think of it as a hotline to us. How do I use it?
NOTE: Support NOW is currently only supported on Microsoft
Windows Operating Systems. If you are using an Apple computer, use our web interface Connecting to a Tek911 Technician Using Support NOW: Call Tek911 @ (310) 287-1599 to assign a technician to your case. 1. To connect to Tek911 Remote Desktop Support, simply double click on the desktop icon: Double Click

- ![]() 2. Next, a chat box will open: (If
no Technicians are available, you will see this screen) 3. The status of the above session is Waiting for Technician, this means that your session will soon be picked up by the Tek911 technical support team. At this stage, you are not able to communicate with anyone. 4. As soon as the technician picks up your session, s/he will want to
use some diagnostic tools to check out your machine. You will be asked
for permission to use these tools, e.g. Remote Control, where the
technician takes control of your machine from his/her machine. If you
are not sure what this involves, ask your technician for more details
before giving permission. (If you decide not to give permission, this
might restrict the technician’s ability to solve your issue.) 5. As soon as the technician picks up your session, the form of the box
will change and you will be notified that you are connected: 6. The chat conversation can continue for as long as is necessary to solve any issues
you may have. Remember to click the green Send button every time you
want to send a message to the technician.
